NCAH allows advertisers to create their job listings, create events and promote their events, upload their banner ads, create education listings etc. The site boasts of a completely customizable content management system powered by Joomla.

The front-end of the site is built with extensive use of standards compliant CSS and JavaScript; back-end is driven by Joomla CMS.
